Pricing
Prices shown are Canadian dollars and are FOB our warehouse in Clarenville, Newfoundland Labrador. We do not include shipping charges, taxes or duties on prices quoted on this site.


Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard or Bank Transfer. Be sure to accurately provide your credit card number and expiry date when placing your order.


Shipping Information
We ship only within Canada. Delivery costs are based on the size of the shipment, its weight, destination and speed of service. Mercer’s Marine has negotiated excellent rates with all their carriers and we gladly pass those savings directly onto you.
Therefore, unless otherwise directed, shipping charges will be prepaid and charged to your invoice.

Note: If you wish to be contacted regarding the amount of freight charges "PRIOR TO SHIPPING", please click the add comments button when you add items to the shopping cart, stating "Advise Freight Charges before shipping". Your Order will not be shipped until we recieve conformation from you to proceed. Please provide a phone number at which you can be reached to adivse shipping charges and speed up delivery of your order.


Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipping by some carriers or be subject to a dangerous goods surcharge:

  1. Chemical products such as paints, solvents, cleaning products.
  2. Explosives (flares).
  3. Pressurized containers such as fire extinguishers, horns and other dangerous goods.

For these items there are alternate shipping options available, which we will address at time of shipping.

Delivery
In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Some exceptions may apply.

Returns & Warranties
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mercersmarine.com order, you are welcome to return it, "PREPAID" within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the following items can not be returned.

  1. Special Order Products.
  2. Cut Items: ie. hose, rope, chain, tubing, moulding etc.
  3. Items with expiry dates.

To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow all of the detailed instructions below:

  1. Indicate the product and quantity you are returning, as well as the date of purchase and invoice number.
  2. Indicate the reason for the return:
    1. Not suitable
    2. Damaged in transit
    3. Defective when received
    4. Wrong item delivered
  3. Ensure all accessories and manuals are included with your re-packaged product(s) and that the item is returned in original manufacturers packaging.
  4. Include the completed information above with your product(s) and mail your return to the address listed below:

Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges must be prepaid. We are happy to refund all original and return shipping charges when it is our error. If you choose to return the product(s) to Mercers Marine via courier, Mercers Marine will only refund the Canada Post basic delivery postage rate or our Courier negotiated rate. Manufacturer’s warranties typically do not cover return freight charges for defective products.

Warranty
Goods returned under warranty will be serviced in accordance with the terms of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty or by determination by Mercer's Marine.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.Your privacy is important to us!
